Using the service

AI Wall Run lets you create short AI videos from a photo. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.

Your content and consent

Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, and do not use the service to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

Acceptable use

The following content and uses are prohibited: (1) sexual or nude content, including sexualization of a real person; (2) graphic violence, gore, terrorism, or instructions for weapons or other mass harm; (3) hate speech, harassment, or threats against a person or group; (4) any sexual content involving minors, or any other child sexual abuse material; (5) deepfakes, face swaps, or impersonation of another person, including using another person’s likeness to create a false endorsement, statement, event, or intimate scene, or any other deceptive or non-consensual impersonation, whether or not that person consented; and (6) content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights.

Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities, public figures, or anyone whose permission you do not have. We may remove content, block the source photo from being uploaded again, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Report violations through our report page or email support@aiwallrun.org.

Making a stylized AI animation of yourself, or of an adult who has given you permission, is allowed only when it stays clearly labelled as AI-generated and is not presented as real footage.

Generated videos

You may use the videos you create for personal and social media purposes. AI output can contain mistakes; review a video before sharing it. Videos are labelled as AI-generated: keep that label, say the video is AI-generated when you share it and never present it as real footage of an event.

AI model and moderation

Videos are generated with Wan 2.2 Animate (14B, replace mode) through fal.ai. We use our own product name and do not present this service as an official product of the model provider.

Every uploaded photo is screened by an automated image-safety classifier before a render starts. Before the fixed generation instruction is sent to the model, it is screened by Waffo Prompt Sift, and generation continues only when the verdict is allow. Finished videos are screened again from sampled frames before delivery. A video that fails a check is not delivered and its credits are returned. These checks are automated and can make mistakes; report anything that gets through.

The service does not accept free-form text prompts. Every render uses a version-controlled fixed template instruction. We maintain a prohibited-content list for that instruction and update it as legal and platform requirements change.

Reports and removal

Anyone can report content through our report page. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms or someone’s rights within 48 hours. Removed photos are blocked from being uploaded again, and accounts involved in serious or repeated violations may be closed without a refund of used credits.

Credits and payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits have no cash value, and credits from packs do not expire while the service is operating. Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record partner, whose terms also apply.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
